CONDO INSURANCE - You may insure the inside of the unit with a separate
policy. The condominium complex should have its own master insurance policy
covering the outside of the property. The Association Documents
detail items such as rental policy, maintenance fees, pet restrictions, association fees, parking space, use of boat slips, community boat ramps, pool etc.

Many Condos, Town Homes and Villas have pet restrictions. Some allow pets and
some do not allow pets. The Associations will list the number of pets allowed,
